Art Rug Gallery rugs are individually handmade and made to order. Because of the handmade process, each rug is unique, and the finished product may not be an exact reproduction of the product images displayed on our website.
Natural variations in pattern, weave, texture, shape, and other handmade details may occur. These variations are part of the character of a handmade rug and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to represent our rugs accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.
Color differences may result from photography, lighting conditions, and differences in the brightness, color, and display settings of phones, tablets, computer monitors, and other devices.
Slight differences between the color shown on a screen and the finished handmade rug are not considered defects.
Product images, including rugs displayed in room settings, are provided for presentation and reference. Customers should rely on the dimensions selected when ordering rather than estimating the physical size of a rug based on how it appears in a room image.
All rug dimensions are approximate.
Because each rug is handmade, the finished dimensions may vary by a few inches from the size ordered.
These minor dimensional variations are a normal characteristic of handmade rugs and are not considered defects.
Each rug is handmade after an order is placed.
The estimated lead time is four to eight weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.
Production is followed by Express Shipping.
Unexpected circumstances related to handmade production, transportation, customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Art Rug Gallery to confirm whether production has started.
If production has already begun, the order can no longer be canceled because the rug is being handmade specifically for you.
Upon request, we will provide photographic evidence showing that production of your rug has started.
Because our rugs are handmade to order according to the customer's selected design and size, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after production has begun.
Normal characteristics of handmade rugs, including natural variations in pattern, weave, texture, slight color differences, and dimensional variations of a few inches, are not considered defects.
If a rug arrives damaged, has a defect beyond normal handmade variation, or is materially different from the order placed, please contact Art Rug Gallery within the reporting period described below so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers should inspect their rug promptly after delivery.
Any shipping damage, defect, or material problem must be reported to Art Rug Gallery within three days after delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of the rug and the affected area. If the issue appears to have resulted from shipping, please also provide photographs of the packaging and retain the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Normal handmade variations described in these Terms & Conditions, including slight color differences and dimensional variations of a few inches, are not considered shipping damage, defects, or material problems.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price shown during checkout for the selected rug and size is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of clear pricing or technical errors before fulfillment.
Production begins only after the order and payment have been successfully received and confirmed.
Orders are shipped after production is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Art Rug Gallery is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The Art Rug Gallery name, website content, branding, photographs, graphics, text, and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without authorization, except where such use is permitted by applicable law or where the material is owned by another rights holder.
Before continuing to payment, customers are required to confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
